- Mentor Manager - Has access to a Mentor Dashboard AND can access groups created by all other Mentors within the organisation
- Newsfeed Manager - Can post news to the organisation's newsfeed within the MyMahi Admin Dashboard
- Opportunity Manager - Can post work experience and job opportunities within MyMahi Ad
- Rewards Manager - Can exchange the reward points earned by a learner for actual rewards, this includes from the rewards shop
Adding new users using Email Invite
You can invite new users to different roles in your organisation using just their email addresses.
Choose one or more roles for your users and then enter individual or multiple email addresses (up to 50)You can paste multiple emails from a spreadsheet or list. If you do, be sure to click enter after they are pasted in.
Invited users will appear in your Invitations Screen where you can see if they have redeemed their invitation
Adding new users by displaying the Join Code
If you are demonstrating MyMahi in a presentation setting to your staff, often it is inconvenient to have people searching through emails to find their Mentor Dashboard invite. A better way can be to display the "Join Code" to your staff:

You can disable and re-enable the join code. You can also delete the join code and create a new one.
The image below shows where your staff need to put the join code to activate their mentor dashboard.
You can make a copy of this image (below) and display it with your join code to make things easier for your staff if you like:
Adding or changing roles for existing users
You can only change or add additional roles for users that have redeemed an invitation.
*Note: As an administrator, you will not automatically have access to other features. You will need to follow the steps above to give yourself additional roles.
